A Central Florida man thought he saw a cat monkeying around on the side of the road. Instead, it was an actual monkey. Naxel Miranda, of Miranda’s Kitchen on YouTube, shared the video on Tuesday of the monkey hanging by the side of the road and eventually running down the sidewalk.
