Popular diner in Kissimmee, Florida, was cited 14 violations in Osceola County; Follow-up is needed

Denny’s in Kissimmee, Florida, received a warning after a routine food inspection on September 23, 2024. The Florida Department of Business & Professional Regulation cited the Osceola County eatery for 14 violations, including one high-priority infraction.

The inspection revealed one high-priority violation, one intermediate violation, and 12 basic violations. This Denny’s, located at 4783 W Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway and has garnered a 3.5-star rating from 1,688 Google reviews, was not ordered to close, but a follow-up inspection is needed to address the issues.

The high-priority violation involved the dishmachine’s bleach cleaning tool not meeting proper minimum strength. The inspector instructed the restaurant to stop using the dishmachine for particular cleaning and management is required to do the type of cleaning in question manually until the equipment is repaired.
