ORLANDO, Fla. – Convicted killer Sarah Boone is seeking a new trial after a jury found her guilty of second-degree murder in the death of her boyfriend, Jorge Torres. Boone, 47, was convicted on Oct. 25, more than four years after investigators alleged she zipped Torres, 42, inside a suitcase and left him to die. She went through seven court-appointed attorneys before attorney James Owens took her case.
