WINTER PARK, Fla. – A Winter Park restaurant that has graced Park Avenue for 26 years announced it will close its doors. The restaurant, 310 Park South, located at 310 South Park Ave. posted on social media saying, “310 needs to be rejuvenated and rebranded into a different concept.”
