NORTH ORLANDO, FLA. (WCIV) — An investigation into the man accused of killing two people in New York has shifted gears after a new vehicle connected to the suspect was spotted in Orlando.
Scott Mitchell is accused of committing a double homicide in New York, Feb 3.
Mitchell was previously spotted over the weekend, according to the Dorchester County Sheriff’s Office, after deputies found Mitchell’s vehicle on Short Cut Road outside of Harleyville.
