Florida – A Florida man, identified as 19-year-old Jullien, was arrested and charged with multiple offenses, including manslaughter, in connection with the death of his parent, 45-year-old Frances, last month. The fatal incident occurred at their home following a physical altercation.
Authorities responded to a 911 call on January 19 reporting a man in need of medical assistance. The victim was transported to the hospital, where medical staff discovered internal bleeding caused by a laceration from a broken rib. Despite efforts to save him, he later died. The medical examiner ruled the death a homicide, determining that the injuries were consistent with blunt force trauma.
Investigators learned that the altercation began when the victim confronted the younger man while he was carrying food to his room.
