ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. – A man who was held in jail as Orlando police first investigated his alleged role in a robbery-turned-shootout last month has been arrested to face new charges, records show.
D’Jon Heyliger, 32, faces charges of attempted murder with a firearm, robbery with a firearm and discharging a firearm from a motor vehicle, an affidavit for his arrest warrant states. He had originally been arrested in early February to face two charges of resisting an officer without violence, for which he posted bond about two weeks later, according to the Orange County Clerk of Court.
