SANFORD, Florida — A para-professional at Seminole High School has been arrested for allegedly spraying water on a student’s lap, according to Sanford police. Tyrone Bouie, a 34-year-old, was taken into custody following two reported incidents involving an Exceptional Education Student.On March 6, 2025, a school resource officer was alerted to the incidents, which led to Bouie’s arrest the following morning at the school.
