Tampa, FL – Isolated but potentially strong thunderstorms are forecast to impact Florida’s northern Nature Coast late this afternoon and evening.
According to the National Weather Service Tampa Bay, storms are expected to develop between 5 p.m. and 9 p.m. EDT Monday, March 31. Areas at risk include Cedar Key, Chiefland, Crystal River, and surrounding inland counties. While the threat level remains low—Level 1 of 5—some storms may produce damaging wind gusts, small hail, and localized heavy rainfall.
