Women with narcotics stuffed in their bras arrested at 7-Eleven in Leesburg

A pair of Lake County women was arrested on drug charges after they both admitted to having narcotics hidden in their bras.

An officer observed the occupants of a black Chrysler 200, later identified as 44-year-old Cheyenne Lynne Coy of Leesburg and 36-year-old Stephanie Michelle Lydia of Clermont, traveling west on Main Street at 11:10 p.m. Wednesday, according to an arrest report from the Leesburg Police Department.

Upon noticing the patrol vehicle, Coy, the driver, immediately turned off Main Street onto Vine Street in an apparent attempt to evade law enforcement. It seemed to be the case as there was no need to avoid turning left at the traffic light and willingly choose to take the extra turns. This was not a route commonly taken by traffic, the report said.

The officer then saw the vehicle make a left turn from the intersection of Vine onto South 14th Streets without using a turn signal. As the vehicle turned left onto 14th Street, it maneuvered into the far-right lane. It also had two malfunctioning tag lights that did not light up the license plate, the report said…
