An unlicensed Guatemalan was arrested with illicit pills in his pocket.

Cesar Agusto Soliz Valiente, 27, of Apopka, was driving a white panel van at about 6:40 a.m. Wednesday in the area of County Road 466A and Powell Road when a Sumter County sheriff’s deputy noticed he was not wearing a seatbelt.

During a traffic stop, Soliz Valiente provided his name and date of birth. The deputy found that Solzi Valiente has never been issued a driver’s license in the United States.

Soliz Valiente also had a pill bottle in his pocket which contained Meclizine Hydrochloride and Meloxicam, for which he did not have a prescription…
