Local law enforcement busted a man they called a serial impersonator in Orange County.
On April 21st, Orange County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to a call from a concerned motorist who had been stopped by someone claiming to be a law enforcement officer.
Deputies made contact with 60-year-old Albert Dolan, and the victim confirmed he was the man who unlawfully conducted a traffic stop. But this isn’t the first time Dolan has pretended to be a cop.
According to law enforcement, this is his fourth arrest for impersonating a LEO. Dolan had a light bar (amber lights) and push bar on his vehicle, making it look like an unmarked police unit…
