CARRABELLE, Fla. (WCTV) – The Florida Highway Patrol is investigating a hit-and-run crash that left a pedestrian critically injured along U.S. Highway 98 in Franklin County Thursday evening.
According to a crash report from FHP, the crash happened on Highway 98 near Lake Morality Road around 8:40 p.m.
