CASSELBERRY, Fla. — Jan Delaney says when she’s leaving her Indian Hills neighborhood on Kewannee Trail in Casselberry, she encounters a problem at State Road 436.
When Delaney wants to drive straight through the intersection and into the shopping plaza on the other side of SR-436, she says drivers turning left from the opposite direction often don’t yield to her, and instead, turn in front of her.
