Buffet City in St. Cloud received a warning from the Florida Department of Business & Professional Regulation after inspectors found 21 violations during their May 29 routine inspection. The Osceola County highly visited all-you-can-eat establishment was required to undergo a follow-up inspection to address these infractions, which included 4 high-priority violations, 2 intermediate violations, and 15 basic violations.

High-Priority Violations Found

Among the high-priority violations inspectors discovered were that the dishmachine wasn’t sanitizing correctly and that used “shell eggs” were stored incorrectly over ready-to-eat foods at multiple locations, creating food safety issues.
