DCF investigation found Regina Hill did not exploit elderly woman, documents reveal

ORLANDO, Fla. – The Florida Department of Children and Families (DCF) determined that former Orlando city commissioner Regina Hill did not exploit an elderly woman, according to newly-obtained documents reviewed by News 6.

The emails and an investigative report, all of which are from 2023, appear to be in direct conflict with the findings from the Florida Department of Law Enforcement.
