An Apopka small business owner, Esvin Juarez, has been deported by ICE and his wife, Rosmeri Miranda, wears an ankle monitor and faces the same fate.

Their children, who are U.S. citizens, may be left to fend for themselves if both their parents are deported to Guatemala.

State Rep. Rita Harris said, even immigrants have the right to due process. “It’s not a radical position; it’s part of our democracy.”…
