ORANGE COUNTY Fla. — If there is anyone who has not given up on the homeless in Central Florida, it’s pastor Marcos Diaz.
For the past nine years, Diaz and his organization Hope City Refuge and Kaleo Ministries had been providing a place for the homeless to eat and stay on his East Orlando property.
