ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. (WFLA) — A Florida driver was arrested Friday after troopers said he was seen shooting fireworks from his car while doing donuts in a street takeover.
The Florida Highway Patrol said one of its sergeants was patrolling the air near Paramore Avenue and Gore Street in Orlando when he saw a silver Infiniti G37 performing “illegal stunt driving” around 11:30 p.m.
The Infiniti was later spotted near Holden Avenue and Orange Blossom Trail. Troopers said they performed a traffic stop and identified 20-year-old Roderick Baez as the driver.

According to an arrest affidavit, Roman candle fireworks were found in Baez’s passenger seat.
Troopers said Baez’s phone GPS showed that he was headed to another street takeover event and was about seven minutes away from it…
