This week, Prato in Winter Park closed temporarily due to a health inspection that found multiple violations, but the restaurant posted two days later online that they had corrected the violations and were back open.
Among the violations health inspectors found on July 8th;
- Accumulation of black/green mold-like substance in the ice machine.
- Dead rodents on sticky traps and rodent droppings.
- Standing water on the cook line floor.
- Flying insects in a drain.
- Cracked container lids.
