ORLANDO, Fla. (WFLA) — Stephan Sterns, the man charged in the death of Florida teenager Madeline Soto, is expected to plead guilty to murder and rape charges Monday.
According to WESH, Sterns was originally set to go to trial Tuesday for the 60 charges related to the sexual abuse and murder of the 13-year-old.
