1 hospitalized in ‘pedestrian incident’ involving Orange County medical transport

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. – A person was hospitalized Saturday after a “motor vehicle and pedestrian incident” involving an Orange County Fire Rescue medical transport unit, according to a spokesperson for the fire department.

It happened around 11:05 a.m. at the intersection of John Young Parkway and Oak Street, the spokesperson said in a statement. At the time, the medical transport unit was en route to Orlando Regional Medical Center in connection with a separate incident, the statement reads.
