PDQ, a fast food chicken brand, announced over the weekend in an email to its reward members that it would soon be closing three of its Orlando-area locations: Winter Park, Waterford Lakes, and Hunter’s Creek.
Founded in Tampa, Florida in 2011 by Outback Steakhouse co-founder Bob Basham and MVP Holdings CEO Nick Reader, PDQ, short for “People Dedicated to Quality,” has grown with locstions across Florida, North Carolina, New Jersey, and New York, serving up crispy, hand-breaded chicken tenders, sandwiches, sides and more.
According to PDQ, some of the closing locations are now under new ownership and will be reopening under a new brand. Those locations have not been specified, but rumors are they will be opening as a Saucy by KFC…
