WINTER SPRINGS, Fla. (WFLA) — A woman was killed Tuesday in Winter Springs after she was thrown from her motorized wheelchair and hit by a semitruck.
According to a release from the Winter Springs Police Department, just after 3:30 p.m. officers responded to a traffic accident involving a pedestrian that occurred at the corner of SR-434 and Belle Avenue.
