A new tenant is coming to the recently closed Pei Wei space at 3011 East Colonial Drive. Shake Shack is moving in.
The popular burger chain is taking over the high-traffic spot in the parking lot of the Target, right next to the former Starbucks space where Jeff’s Bagel Run is also planning a new location, as we previously reported.
There’s no official timeline yet, but a look through the windows shows early-stage construction. It looks like it will be a little while before burgers hit the grill…
