TAVARES, Fla. — A co-defendant in the illegal gambling and racketeering case pending against suspended Osceola County Sheriff Marcos Lopez pleaded guilty as part of a plea agreement Monday.
Along with pleading guilty to counts of racketeering and conspiracy to commit racketeering, Carol Cote also agreed to testify in the case.
