FLORIDA — A man driving a Tesla was killed Monday night after stopping in the middle of Interstate 4 in Lake Mary, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
Troopers said the crash happened just before 9:30 p.m. in the eastbound lanes of I-4, just past the Lake Mary Boulevard exit.
Investigators said a 43-year-old man from Deltona was stopped in his Tesla Model 3 when two semi-trucks approached from behind in the same lane. One truck swerved to avoid the Tesla, but the second was unable to stop in time and struck the car from behind…
