ORLANDO, Fla. — A family in Orange County is mourning the loss of a 16-year-old Oak Ridge High School student who was allegedly shot and killed by a 15-year-old student on Thursday afternoon.
Orange County Sheriff John Mina identified the victim as Pinien Dalmacy.
