LAKE COUNTY, Fla. – A co-defendant in the illegal gambling case involving former Osceola County Sheriff Marcos Lopez changed his plea Monday to no contest.
Sheldon Wetherholt pleaded no contest to charges of racketeering and conspiracy to commit racketeering. He will be sentenced at a later date.
