BREVARD COUNTY • TITUSVILLE, FLORIDA – The Titusville Police Department is celebrating the career advancement of one of its former officers, Mitch Bowhay, who has been promoted to Sergeant at the Orlando Police Department.
Bowhay began his law enforcement career with the Titusville Police Department, where he proudly served the community for five years.
