Lawsuit accuses SeaWorld of lying about ticket prices

ORLANDO, Fla. (WFLA) — A lawsuit has been filed against SeaWorld, accusing the company of using “bait and switch” tactics to draw in customers.

According to WFTV, the lawsuit alleges that the company violated Virginia’s “all-in” pricing law by lying about ticket costs and thereby failing to display the total price of goods and services, including any extra fees.

Seven park brands are operated by SeaWorld Parks and Entertainment, including Seaworld and Aquatica, located in Central Florida…
