SCOOP! Museum of Ice Cream Coming to Orlando

The Museum of Ice Cream is officially listed as a future tenant at Pointe Orlando, taking over two large suites—one about 4,700 square feet and another nearly 13,000 square feet—at 9101 International Drive. No opening date has been announced, but the listing appears on the center’s official site plan and on the International Drive Business Improvement District’s “What’s New” page, which lists the project as coming soon.

If you’re unfamiliar, the Museum of Ice Cream (MOIC) isn’t a museum in the traditional sense. It’s part art installation, part theme park, and part dessert dream. Guests move through colorful, interactive rooms inspired by ice cream and childhood nostalgia. Expect pastel photo ops, sprinkle-filled pools, giant slides, and plenty of free frozen treats along the way.

The brand began in New York City in 2016 and quickly went viral for its playful design and Instagram-friendly aesthetic. There are now permanent locations in Austin, Chicago, and Singapore, with a new flagship opening next year at AREA15 in Las Vegas. Each city gets its own twist, but all share the same mission: to spread what MOIC calls “the universal joy of ice cream.”
