Downtown Orlando just got a little saucier. Buffalo Boss, the Brooklyn-born wing joint founded by Jamar White (who happens to be Jay-Z’s first cousin), has officially opened its doors at 333 N Orange Avenue, bringing a bit of New York swagger and late-night flavor to the City Beautiful.
Launched in 2010, Buffalo Boss built its name on a simple obsession: great wings done right. The concept combines fresh, antibiotic-free chicken, a dozen house-made sauces, and a vibe straight out of Brooklyn’s hip-hop scene. The Orlando location stays true to that formula, complete with bold murals, party-energy playlists, and a menu stacked with wings, tenders, sweet potato fries, and the dangerously good fried Oreos.
White says the goal was to “bring the party back to the ‘party wing,’” and he’s done it with style, right down to the 24-hour wing marinades and heat levels that climb from mild to “N’Sinerator.” For plant-based eaters, there’s even a “Possible Wing” made with mycoprotein instead of meat…
