APOPKA, Fla. — Nearly 20 students at an Apopka elementary school are going home on a new set of wheels.
Three weeks ago, School Resource Officer Justin Lemieux began collecting bicycles for students at Rock Springs Elementary. He started the “Fill the Bike Rack” initiative with the Apopka Police Department seven years ago.
