A Clermont woman was arrested for trespassing after refusing to obey an eviction notice ordering her to vacate a four-bedroom home.
Civil deputies responded to 16452 Champlain St., Clermont, to enforce a 24-hour eviction notice around 11:40 a.m. Tuesday, according to an arrest report from the Lake County Sheriff’s Office. Sheree Coleen Bolano, 46, was the named person on the eviction notice and was informed numerous times since Oct. 22 to vacate the four-bedroom, three-bathroom residence at Lennar at Sawgrass Bay.
Property records showed Bolano rented the home for $2,195 a month from a landlord in New York. However, she refused several orders to leave the premises in accordance with the notice. The deputies gave her the opportunity to vacate the property with a notice to appear citation with a court date, but she refused and was taken into custody instead, the report said…
