On Tuesday, Osceola County officials, including Commissioner Brandon Arrington, marked the opening of Falcon Trace II, an affordable housing development in Kissimmee. The project, costing $117 million, is located at 1455 Falcon Trace Circle near the Poinciana SunRail Station. It adds 354 apartments for working families earning up to 60 percent of the local median income.
Falcon Trace II was developed through a partnership between the Osceola County Board of County Commissioners, Birdsong Housing Partners, Professional Management, Inc., and financial institutions such as JPMorgan Chase Bank and Bank of America.
