2 ‘Super Speeders’ caught going over 100 mph on Walt Disney World property

BAY LAKE, Fla. – A driver and a motorcyclist were arrested for excessive speeding on Walt Disney World property in separate incidents just days apart, according to the Orange County Sheriff’s Office.

According to an arrest affidavit, the first incident occurred on Oct. 1 when Layton North Browning Jaynes, 32, was stopped on Epcot Center Drive near Buena Vista Drive. Jaynes was driving a light blue Porsche 911 at 117 mph in a 50 mph zone. The officer conducting traffic enforcement estimated the speed and confirmed it with a laser device.
