Orlando, FL – SeaWorld is pushing back against a lawsuit filed by a Florida woman who says she was hit in the face by a duck while riding one of the park’s roller coasters, arguing in a recent court filing that the incident involved a different type of bird.
The lawsuit alleges the woman was riding the attraction when a duck allegedly collided with her, causing injuries that led her to file a negligence claim against the theme park. Her complaint states that SeaWorld failed to maintain a safe environment by allowing wildlife to enter the ride’s path and strike guests during operation.
