A guest is suing Universal Orlando Resort after allegedly being attacked by a security dog while asking for help for her autistic daughter.

Jennifer L. Rhodes claims she contacted Universal guest services before her visit to Universal Orlando Resort, asking how to best help her daughter enter the park. She was told to find a security guard and that they would provide assistance.
When Rhodes and her family arrived at Universal on August 31, 2024, she found a security guard who was patrolling with a guard dog. The suit notes there were no warnings or signs stating the dog was dangerous.
