Tanqueray’s, one of Orlando’s oldest bars, has announced it will close after nearly 37 years in business with a final call on December 31, 2025.
Open since 1989 at 100 S Orange Ave, Tanqueray’s has been a staple in downtown Orlando, contributing to Orlando’s vibrant music scene.
In an online statement the owner stated the decision to close is due to a couple of factors: “The city has not been kind to the local bars in the downtown entertainment district since 2023… In addition, the current building owner will not be renewing our lease.”…
