ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. – A Disney Springs restaurant is being sued after a customer choked to death last year, according to court records obtained by News 6.
The lawsuit, filed in October, states that the incident occurred on the evening of June 8, when the man, identified as Kevin Duncan, was eating a steak at the restaurant.
