A 13-year-old boy sustained injuries this past Saturday after a firework he was handling exploded in Orange County. The incident occurred in the vicinity of an apartment complex on the 5500 block of Clarcona Pointe Way, with Orange County deputies responding to the scene at approximately 4:30 p.m., as reported by FOX 35 Orlando.
According to WFTV, the young teen was taken to a local hospital to be treated for injuries, which were confirmed to be non-life-threatening.
