70-year-old woman dies after riding Revenge of the Mummy coaster at Universal Orlando, report says

ORLANDO, Fla. – A 70-year-old woman died after losing consciousness while riding the Revenge of the Mummy attraction at Universal Studios, according to the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (FDACS) quarterly theme-park injury report for the final three months of 2025.

The incident occurred on Nov. 25. The woman was transported to the hospital, where she later died, the state report revealed.
