A family of four visiting the Universal Orlando Resort were questioned by police following an alleged attack on a hotel employee.

Police identified the family members as Huberto Dorto, Laura Alonso Silva, Amanda Brito and Olivia Nicole Brito, per the affidavit.

According to an arrest affidavit obtained by PEOPLE, the Orlando Police Department responded to the Loews Portofino Bay Hotel at Universal Orlando Resort around 9:45 p.m. local time on Monday, Jan. 19.
