After several recent shake-ups, scandals and horrible allegations about the management, a new Orlando City Clerk organizational chart has been leaked.
Orlando City Clerk Stephanie Herdocia has pushed out several employees recently as she attempts to get control of her office. Mayor Buddy Dyer recently appointed her friend and ally Danielle Abdul-Nabi as the new Deputy City Clerk. In the new org charts, it appears Abdul-Nabi appears in quite a few slots, as the City Clerk’s office has lost its clerk aides.
The Orlando City Clerk acts as the official record-keeper, manages City Council agendas, minutes, and ordinances and manages public records. The Clerk also oversees municipal elections and other tasks in addition to handling public records requests. Greenwood Cemetery is also under the City Clerk’s jurisdiction.
