While we love dining at the multiple different options Disney World has on property, sometimes you’re driving back from the parks super late (if you’ve driven down yourself), and you just need something a little more familiar — that’s where McDonald’s comes in.
There’s one right on Disney World property, as well as multiple right around the Orlando area, and McDonald’s and Disney go WAY back. If you’re a frequent visitor, or you’ve been looking for these TWO specific items to come back, you’re in luck — these two popular menu items are returning SOON!
McDonald’s just announced that starting on February 17th, shamrock season is officially back, and the menu is changing to reflect that! Both the iconic Shamrock Shake and OREO Shamrock McFlurry will be returning on the same date, and we can’t wait.
The Shamrock Shake is made with vanilla soft serve and Shamrock syrup, and is topped with whipped cream. The OREO Shamrock McFlurry, on the other hand, is vanilla soft serve, Shamrock syrup, and Oreo cookie pieces.
These will only be around for a limited time, so if you know you want to snag one this year, we suggest stopping by sooner rather than later, beginning February 17th.
