Florida IVF embryo mix-up case expands as second couple steps forward

ORLANDO, Fla. (CBS12) — After a potential error at a Central Florida fertility clinic, a couple discovered their baby is not biologically theirs, and now another woman says she may be the mother.

Their attorney, Mara Hatfield, says the couple, who learned of the case from news reports, say they could be the baby girl’s biological parents, though no genetic tests have confirmed this.

Per previous reports, the couple — identified only as Tiffany Score and Steven Mills of Brevard County— underwent IVF treatment through IVF Life Inc. with Dr. Milton Mc Nichol, and entrusted the clinic with the storage of their three viable embryos…
