POLK COUNTY, Fla. – An Orlando man faces multiple felony charges following a routine traffic stop on Interstate 4 that escalated into a physical confrontation at the jail. Around the evening of February 11, a Polk County Sheriff’s deputy spotted a blue Toyota sedan heading east near Davenport with windows that appeared illegally dark.
After pulling the vehicle over, a measurement of the front window tint showed it allowed only 15% of visible light through, significantly lower than Florida’s legal limit of 28%.
