Pig Floyd’s Urban BBQ has decided to step back from its recent expansion on Lee Road in Winter Park, and has closed this location.
The Lee Road location expanded on Pig Floyd’s Mills Ave. location by serving up signature Wok Bowls that served up a fusion of owner Thomas Ward’s tasty BBQ meats with noodles and Asian flavors.
In a statement announcing the closure, Ward said he would “transition” the Lee Road restaurant to a new local operator who he described as a positive addition to the Winter Park community. No timeline was shared for when the Lee Road location will officially change hands, and the new operator has not yet been named…
