OVIEDO, Fla. – The city of Oviedo is set to move forward with a plan to permanently install stop signs at an intersection where traffic signals were turned off and removed near the Oviedo Mall.
For more than a year, drivers have seen double stop signs, orange barricades, and bagged-up traffic lights at the intersection of Dovera Drive and Oviedo Mall Boulevard.
